Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing cash flow and minimizing bad debt using Aged Debt reports. You will be responsible for managing queries and chasing payments from our clients in a timely manner on behalf of our India Corporate line of businesses, whilst delivering a tier 1 service to internal and external stakeholders. The role is ideally suited to someone with extensive B2B/OTC collection experience.

Responsible for the collection of India debt including the Corporate line of Business on behalf of our Gurgaon office with the ambition to reduce ageing across the customer set.
Ensuring processes are followed including phone calls, emails, and internal chasing with the BDMs and Account Managers, GST reconciliations.
Working collaboratively with the local Sales team to aid and assist negotiations and escalations with the joint ambition of reducing the age profile of receivables.
Making decisions on when to release new orders or put them on hold based on client debt
status.
Reporting into the OTC Lead in Gurgaon / Mumbai, ultimately into Global Head of Order to Cash based in the UK Head Office.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in B2B / OTC collections.
Attention to detail with demonstrable experience of being Goal oriented.
Self-starter who is a proactive problem solver possessing a strong sense of urgency.
Good at building relationships and excellent communication skills both with internal/external clients
GST tax understanding/reconciliations
