Job description
Filing of GST Returns of Embassies & Diplomatic Clients.
Coordination with GST Department & Clients.
Meeting with clients for updation & Collection of documents.
Coordinating with intern for successful completion of tasks.
Preparing daily MIS for Management Reporting.
Marketing E-mails/Telephonic calls to increase business.
Meeting various stakeholders for Business Development in Industry Associations.
Administrative Works related to office.
* Expectations:
Should be a Male Candidate only with minimum 2 years experience in GST/ Accounting
Should be residing in Gurgaon.
Preference will be given to candidates staying with family/married and permanently settled in Gurgaon.
Candidate should have his own car or Bike.
Excellent communication skills and Presentations skills mandatory.
Should have excellent command in both speaking and written English.
Office Timing 10 am to 7 pm, can stretch as per requirement. Monday to Saturday.
Should have master knowledge of MS-Excel, Word, PPT etc.
Mandatory bond for 2 years service is required, Original Certificates will be with Management and Police Clearance certificate would be required considering the confidentiality of work.
Fuel Reimbursement would be separately paid, annual and performance bonus additional.
Candidates having a long-term vision to work for company only need to apply.
The Candidate will be solely working in Gurgaon office along with one Intern. No other employees will be there in Gurgaon Office.
Strict Monitoring of daily attendance and timing will be done.
