Deutsche Bank has launched RYR (Resume Your Resume) also known as the Returnship Program. This program is designed to help candidates who are currently on a career gap and looking to work with a reputed company.
The program is open for both diversity and non-diversity candidates who have been on a career break of 2-3 years and want to restart their careers.
The program offers a 12-week internship based on performance, and upon completion, successful candidates will be transferred to a full-time role at the company.
