Job description
As Business Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for handling the financial transactions of the organization, analyzing financial reports, and monitoring investment activities. You shall strategize effective techniques to boost the organizations financial performance and identify business opportunities to increase revenues. They also prepare financial statements and assist senior management in making corporate decisions by conducting data and statistical analysis by studying market trends. You must have excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, especially in calculating costs and expenses to minimize the companys loss and stabilize profits.
What You Will Do
Implement operation tracking KPI processes, create executive presentations, manage contracts, analyze web metrics.
Review the plans vs actuals on a regular basis; in depth analysis of variance and communicating the same proactively creating right visibility and enabling planning of actionable
Analyze all financial aspects of the company to include; A/P, A/R, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
ROI mapping and developing a mechanism to understand the cash inflow and outflow will be a crucial delivery in this role.
Monitor and report performances versus plan to ensure corporate income targets are achieved.
Implement monthly quality metrics reporting for all operational areas that help to ensure all key performance standards are identified and achieved.
Verify customer information including income information and signature.
Developed/Implement operational policies and procedures.
What You Should Have
2 to 4 years Exp, MBA or Chartered Accountant
Should hold 1+ years of experience as FPA/Business Finance
Strong analytical rigor and problem-solving skills
Strong communication Interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office/ Google Suite
Proficient in SQL
Proactive takes initiative, self-motivated, team player
Strong collaboration, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Willingness to hustle
