Johnson & Johnson Surgical Vision is recruiting for Manager Finance role, located in Gurgaon
The candidate will be responsible for providing leadership role to activities in JJSV BUF function. Business Financial planning and analysis, Monthly & Quarterly Financial closings, working on long range planning, close coordination working with GS, Taxation, statutory audit, legal audit, COE at Country and APAC level. Must be having excellent excel and PPT workings.
Key Responsibilities :
Financial Support
Drive preparation of Budgets/Long range Business plan/And up-dates from finance perspective.
Provide financial analysis and support for various franchise initiatives of the responsible Franchise
Provide financial analysis and support for NTS, RGM, OCNIS, Opex, Contribution Margin.
Working in close coordination with management team so to increase GP and contribution margin on regular basis.
Drive preparation of finance data for monthly BRM and share the insights in regular monthly BRM meetings.
Timely and effective analysis, to drive business,
Preparing various reports’ requirement from Region/Global Teams.
Analyzing investment decisions and keep accurate track of Fixed Asset register. Driving physical verification of fixed assets as per control requirements.
Timely and proactive feedback on financial implications of events to key stakeholders.
Ensure policies and procedures are followed including compliance with WWP / SOX guidelines
Management Support
Active partner in Business management meetings and provide finance viewpoint so as to drive business growth and strong compliance.
Member of Quarterly compliance meeting and work in close coordination with Compliance team.
Driving culture of strong Compliance awareness, within the franchise.
Understand the monthly sales trends and drivers by channel / product line and ensure steps are taken to address gaps with Sales and Marketing teams.
Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) by evaluating the opportunities and leading all aspects of financial assessment including ROI, IRR, and cash flow analysis
Close coordination with GS/RTP/GS/AR Tax Team on matters of importance and provide franchisee support.
Driving organization efforts on GAA audit as and when happening.
Compliance Support:
Keeping close watch on distributor inventory/DSO so as to have positive cash flow.
Partnering with GS on regular monthly and quarterly and yearly closings.
Driving regular SOP up-dation and driving culture of transactions & control happening as per documented SOP.
Lead role from franchise on internal and statutory audits and also working on MAP of any issue highlighted in audit.
Active role in any other audit from various functions like legal & compliance.
Active role in meeting the financial compliance objectives.
Qualifications
Education:
Preferred Area of Study: Finance/Accounting, CA / CMA/MBA Finance with 10 plus years of experience..
Expert in Excel/Powerpoint.
