Hiring: Assistant Manager / Manager Debt Valuations BIG4
Location: Gurugram
Level: Assistant Manager / Manager
We are hiring for a Debt Valuations role within the Deal Advisory & Strategy practice.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead valuations of fixed income and credit instruments, including senior/subordinated debt, secured/unsecured debt, distressed debt and CRE mortgages.
– Manage end-to-end valuation engagements, including financial models, valuation reports and client deliverables.
– Work closely with onshore stakeholders and manage project workflows, timelines and team utilization.
– Lead and mentor valuation professionals and support team development.
– Contribute to business development and practice development initiatives.
– Work with US-based stakeholders on valuation engagements.
Looking for:
– CA / CFA / MBA (Finance/Investment Management).
– Relevant experience in valuation services, particularly fixed income / debt / credit valuation.
– Strong financial modelling and reporting skills.
– Exposure to Bloomberg, Capital IQ and other financial databases.
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
– Prior experience in project management and leading/mentoring teams preferred.
