Job Title: Senior Manager Finance (Business Partnering & Controllership) | Gurgaon

Experience: 4 – 7 Years
What You’ll Own:
– Revenue, cost, and profitability analysis across business verticals
– Unit economics and business case evaluation for new initiatives
– MIS, dashboards, and business performance reporting
– Variance analysis with actionable insights
– Partner with Business, Sales, Product, and Leadership on key decisions
– Books of accounts, month-end close, and financial statement accuracy
– Statutory, internal, and tax audits end-to-end closure
– Regulatory and secretarial compliance, including ESOP/CCPS matters
– Internal financial controls and governance
– Tax and statutory compliance across finance operations
We’re Looking For:
– 4 – 7 years in business finance/FP&A and controllership, ideally at a high-growth startup
– CA (mandatory), strong in Ind AS, tax, and financial controls
– Hands-on with budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, audits, and compliance
– Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (Power BI/Tableau a plus)
– Sharp at turning data into business recommendations
– Strong stakeholder management across business and audit/regulatory teams
