About the organization:
Getfive opportunity fund is a SEBI-registered, SME focused CAT-1 Fund, that invests into late stage companies. The group also has its own Merchant Banking arm and with offices in Mumbai and Ahmedabad where the firm specializes in IPOs and pre-IPO private equity fund-raising.

Present Role – Investor Relations Manager – AIF
Reporting – Managing Director/ Fund Manager
Key Responsibilities:
– Establish and maintain relationship with Family offices, corporate offices, Ultra HNI, HNI for investment in the fund
– Establish and maintain relationship with various intermediaries for fund investment for investment in the fund
– Presenting various reports to the investors, potential investors and intermediaries
– Ensuring closure of the fund as per the timelines.
– Communicating with investors for Subscriptions and Redemptions along with fund manager/fund analyst
– Any other related ancillary work
Qualifications:
– Post-Graduation is compulsory (MBA/ CA)
– Relationship with family offices, Ultra HNI, HNI, intermediaries
– Proficient in relationship management, follow up, networking
– Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
