About the Role:
Were looking for a hands-on Finance Lead to build the finance function from the ground up at a high-growth agritech startup.
Key responsibilities:
– Own accounting, controllership & month-end closure
– Build MIS, dashboards, budgeting & forecasting
– Drive GST, TDS & statutory compliances
– Set up finance processes, SOPs & internal controls
– Manage cash flow, AP/AR & operational payouts
– Drive finance automation/ERP systems
– Build and lead the finance team
– Support founders on fundraising, DD & investor readiness
Ideal profile:
– CA with 6 – 10 years experience
– Startup/high-growth experience preferred
– Strong controllership + finance operations background
– Proven 0 – 1 / process-building experience
– Excellent communication & analytical skills
– Mumbai-based or willing to relocate
