Finance Controller – CA

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

– Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

– Build financial models and track key metrics such as unit economics, CAC/LTV, and profitability

– Prepare management dashboards and board-level financial reporting

Controllership & Compliance

– Oversee monthly and annual financial close processes

– Ensure compliance with IND-AS, direct and indirect taxation, and statutory regulations

– Manage audits and relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies

Treasury & Cash Management

– Manage company cash flows, liquidity planning, and working capital

– Oversee banking relationships, payouts, collections, and financial transactions

– Manage escrow structures and settlement cycles where applicable

Revenue & Financial Performance

– Track revenue streams, pricing models, and margin optimization

– Analyze partner economics, interchange fees, and product-level profitability

– Partner with business and product teams to improve financial performance

Strategic Finance

– Support fundraising initiatives, investor reporting, and financial due diligence

– Work with leadership on strategic planning, partnerships, and new product initiatives

Requirements:

– CA with 8 – 12+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial strategy

– Experience in fintech, NBFC, lending, or payments industry preferred

– Strong understanding of FP&A, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance

– Experience working with auditors, investors, and banking partners
