Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced Finance Business Partner / FP&A professionals with strong expertise in financial planning, business partnering, budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and business performance analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong commercial acumen and the ability to partner with business stakeholders to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
– Act as a finance business partner to business and operational stakeholders.
– Drive FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
– Manage and analyze P&L performance, identifying key business drivers and financial risks.
– Provide actionable financial insights to support strategic and business decisions.
– Partner with business leaders to understand financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
– Prepare and review financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
– Analyze actuals vs. budget/forecast and provide commentary on key variances.
– Support annual operating plans, long-range planning, and periodic forecasting cycles.
– Drive business performance management through financial analysis and KPIs.
– Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and provide commercial finance support.
– Identify cost optimization and revenue improvement opportunities.
– Support senior management with financial models, scenario analysis, and decision-support analysis.
Mandatory Requirements:
– Total experience: 8 to 15 years with 8+ years of relevant experience.
– FP&A and Financial Business Partnering expertise.
– Stakeholder Management.
– Team Lead experience: 4+ years.
– Comfortable with all shifts.
– Notice Period: Up to 90 days.
– Target Industry: FMCG/Retail Brands.
