Roles and Responsibilities:
– Analysing audited financial statements, and conducting detailed credit assessments to support debt and advisory transactions.
– Evaluating credit assessment based on review of Credit rating and various other Company reports.
– Evaluating group credit positions, coordinate due diligence activities with consultants, and work closely with clients to organize and manage data rooms for lender review.
– Prepare Information Memorandum, Financial Models, Presentation materials, credit notes and any other documents in connection with various debt proposals.
– Strong understanding on Balance sheet evaluation and ability to make Cashflow projections/Financial Model for potential investors.
– Understanding various credit queries and address the same to Investor satisfaction.
– Liase with clients on receipt of information/data and streamlining to investor expectations/formats.
– Stay updated with market trends, regulations, and industry developments affecting investment banking activities/financial advisory services.
– Strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple transaction requirements efficiently.
