Responsible for ensuring that company’s processes etc. meet the regulatory requirements. Review of controls to comply with various regulatory requirements.
Work on:
– Compliance KPIs and testing the controls
– Thematic reviews
– Regulatory Compliances: Review of implementation of new regulations and testing thereof.
– IRDAI Mock Inspection reviews and data collation and verifications
– Analysis of IRDAI orders on peer insurers and testing of compliance levels of the company thereof
– Any other time bound assignments related to regulatory compliance monitoring.
Qualifications:
– CA/MBA with 7+ years
Experience:
– Experience in audit, Compliance reviews and testing, Actuarial process reviews, Finance process reviews
