Hiring – Manager – Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
Location: Mumbai, India
Experience: 3+ Years
Work Mode: Mumbai-based – No Relocation Allowed
We are looking for a Manager – Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) to support the governance, risk and compliance framework of a DIFC-based Cat 3C licensed External Asset Management (EAM) entity.
Key Responsibilities:
– Monitor DFSA/DIFC regulatory requirements and developments.
– Manage compliance calendars, regulatory obligations, risk registers and action trackers.
– Support compliance monitoring, control testing and remediation activities.
– Coordinate internal/external audits, regulatory reviews and information requests.
– Support policy, procedure, risk assessment and control framework updates.
– Maintain audit-ready compliance and regulatory documentation.
– Coordinate with India Group functions and the DIFC entity.
– Escalate key compliance, AML, risk and regulatory matters to the relevant stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
– 3+ years of experience in GRC, Compliance, Risk or Internal Audit.
– Strong exposure to DIFC/DFSA regulations is preferred.
– Experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Private Banking or EAM is an advantage.
– Candidates from Big 4, consulting, professional services or financial services backgrounds are welcome.
– ICA, CAMS or CISI certification will be an added advantage.
