Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and mentor a team of Equity Advisors and drive business performance.
– Manage relationships with HNI/UHNI clients and strengthen client engagement.
– Drive AUM growth, revenue and brokerage through effective advisory and relationship management.
– Provide strategic equity advisory and investment guidance to high-value clients.
– Leverage strong knowledge of equity markets, broking, dealing and wealth products.
– Support the team in client acquisition, portfolio management and business development.
– Ensure superior client servicing and delivery of investment solutions.
Ideal Candidate:
– Professionals with a strong background in Equity Advisory, Equity Broking, and Wealth Management.
– Proven experience in team leadership, HNI/UHNI client management and substantial AUM handling.
– Hands-on experience with a broking/dealing terminal is essential.
