Key Responsibilities:
– Lead complete Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Treasury, Audit, MIS, Budgeting, Costing, FP&A, Compliance and Business Finance functions.
– Drive budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and profitability improvement initiatives.
– Ensure timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and reporting.
– Manage statutory compliance, GST, Income Tax, audits and corporate governance.
– Own working capital, cash flow, banking relationships and treasury operations.
– Implement strong internal controls and risk management practices.
– Drive SAP S/4 HANA finance transformation and automation.
– Support business growth through financial analysis and leadership inputs.
– Lead finance team development and succession planning.
Candidate Requirements:
– Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
– SAP S/4 HANA / SAP HANA experience mandatory.
– 15+ years of experience in finance Department.
– Automotive industry experience mandatory.
– Big 4 experience would be an added advantage.
