Regional Head
We are seeking an experienced Regional Head to oversee complete regional operations, business performance, and profitability.
Please note: Head-level roles will manage overall operations along with business growth responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead complete regional operations and business management
– Handle teams of 40+ members
– Drive business volumes of 40+ Cr
– Achieve monthly revenue targets of 10-12 Lakh
– Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and portfolio quality
– Manage regional profitability and performance
– Build strategic partnerships with Banks & NBFCs
– Drive team development, process improvement, and customer satisfaction
Preferred Candidate Profile:
– Strong regional operations management experience
– Expertise in financial services and lending products
– Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills
