Job Summary:
We are looking for a finance professional to join our M&A, Project Finance and Debt Advisory team. The role will involve transaction execution, financial analysis, client coordination and managing relationships with banks, NBFCs and other financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Execute M&A, Project Finance and Debt Advisory transactions.
– Prepare financial models, valuations, pitches and transaction presentations.
– Liaise with Banks, NBFCs and other lenders for debt/funding requirements.
– Coordinate with clients, lawyers, valuers and other transaction advisors.
– Support negotiations, term sheets, documentation and transaction closure.
– Conduct industry/company research and financial analysis.
– Support client relationships and business development.
Desired Profile:
– 4 – 8 years in Investment Banking, M&A, Project Finance, Debt Advisory or Financial Advisory.
– Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
– Good understanding of debt/funding structures.
– Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
– MBA Finance candidates with relevant transaction experience can be considered.
