Present Role: Financial Analyst
Reporting: Private Equity Associate
Key Responsibilities:
– Financial analysis and valuation for IPO, private equity, and debt mandates
– Building and maintaining financial models, projections, and sensitivity analyses
– Industry research, market analysis, and peer benchmarking
– Supporting pitch decks, information memorandums, and transaction execution.
– Presenting investment opportunities and pitching to prospective investors during fundraising initiatives.
– Assisting in deal structuring and fund-raise analysis
– Developing and maintaining SOPs for financial analysis and internal processes
– Supporting internal strategy and ad-hoc analytical assignments
Requirements:
– Qualified CA/MBA in finance
– 1 – 3 years’ experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
– Strong skills in Excel, financial modelling.
– Analytical mindset, accuracy, and business acumen.
