Experience:
– Finance operations, shared services or controllership roles.
– Strong hands-on exposure to SAP FI-CO and MM; RE-FX and/or PS module exposure preferred.
– Demonstrated experience leading large teams within a GBS/shared-services or process Centre-of-Excellence environment.
Role Overview:
The Process Head owns end-to-end accountability for every SAP-enabled finance process across the Group – Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash/Billing, Fixed Assets, and Inventory/Project Costing and Land accounting.

– Collaborative, with a strong ability to work across finance and business teams.
– Proven team leader who builds, develops and inspires large teams.
– Effective stakeholder engagement, with the confidence to partner at CXO level.
– Deep SAP and process/systems expertise, with an AI- and automation-first mindset.
