Review and finalization of standalone and consolidated financial statement in compliance with Ind AS and get the same audited from BIG 4.
– Review of Final Accounts of Group Companies
– Ensuring Seamless compliance of Direct Tax and Indirect Tax – Accounting, return filling, audit etc.
Work Activities
– Accounts Payable administration, internal control etc. Customization of SAP HANA in accordance with the needs of the organization.
– Authorizing payments for approved vendor invoices
– Fund Management through Long Term and Short Term borrowings
– Monitor and coordinate Working Capital needs of SBUs
– Liaison with the bankers, financial institutions, Rating Agencies, LEI, NSDL etc.
– Responsible for authorization of Direct and Indirect tax
Candidates must CA with post qualification of 12 – 15 years working in manufacturing set up
