Assistant Vice President/Vice President – Investment Banking (8-15 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced Investment Banking professional to manage and execute transactions across the BFSI and FinTech sectors, with exposure to IPOs, M&A and Private Equity transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Drive business origination and develop relationships with CXOs, promoters and senior stakeholders.
– Lead transactions end-to-end, from pitching and mandate acquisition to execution and closure.
– Perform financial modelling, valuation and analysis of BFSI/FinTech businesses.
– Prepare pitch decks, transaction materials and presentations for clients and investors.
– Manage interactions with clients, investors, buyers and other transaction stakeholders.
– Independently manage transaction workstreams and coordinate internal teams.
Candidate Profile:
– 8 – 12 years of experience in Investment Banking / Corporate Finance.
– Strong understanding of BFSI/FinTech businesses and financial statements.
– Strong experience in valuation, financial modelling and transaction execution.
– Prior experience in IPO, M&A or PE transactions preferred.
– Strong communication, analytical, client-management and team-management skills.
– Ability to originate opportunities and build senior-level relationships.
