Finance Manager
Mumbai | 7 – 10 Years of Experience
A leading organisation working towards inclusive education for children with visual impairments and multiple disabilities is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, budgeting, compliance, and donor reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and monthly/annual closing
– Manage budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure monitoring
– Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, including foreign funding regulations
– Handle grant finances, donor reporting, and audit coordination
– Strengthen financial systems, internal controls, and processes
– Collaborate with program teams, leadership, and global finance colleagues
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
– 7 – 10 years of experience in finance and accounting
– CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent qualification preferred
– Experience in nonprofit, development, or international organisations preferred
– Familiarity with grant management, donor reporting, and Indian regulatory compliance is an advantage
