Experience:
8 – 15 years PQ experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Handling direct tax compliance, including preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns.
– Managing corporate tax assessments, reassessments and scrutiny proceedings.
– Leading a team of 4-5 people.
– Handling GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and annual returns.
– Drafting of replies to ASMT 10/ SCNs and Coordination with department, consultants, advocates.
– Ensuring compliance with GST laws, rules and regulatory updates.
– Experience in corporate taxation, tax advisory, compliance or litigation.
– Exposure in Real Estate, Retail, infrastructure
