Role Overview:
The position will focus on originating and executing private equity-structured investment transactions in the metals & mining sector.
Key Requirements:
– Strong metals sector view and investment thesis development capability.
– Deep expertise in private equity structuring, equity/mezzanine investments, and hybrid instruments.
– Strong financial modelling, valuation and deal structuring skills.
– Well-established relationships with promoters, mid/large metal companies, PE funds, institutional investors, advisors, lawyers, and consultants.
