Hiring for “Regional Credit Manager Commercial Vehicle (CV & CE)” in a Bank.
Location – Hyderabad.
Lead the credit underwriting function for the Commercial Vehicle (CV & CE) loan portfolio, ensuring sound credit decisions, portfolio quality, and compliance with credit policies.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage end-to-end credit appraisal and underwriting for CV & CE loans.
– Evaluate customer profiles using financials, CIBIL, FI reports, tele-verification, and field visits.
– Approve, modify, or decline loan proposals as per credit policy.
– Monitor portfolio quality, NPAs, early delinquencies, and credit risk.
– Coordinate with Sales, Collections, RCU, dealers, and manufacturers to maintain a healthy portfolio.
– Review credit policies, analyze market trends, and drive process improvements.
– Lead and mentor the regional credit team, ensuring timely and effective credit decisions.
Requirements:
– CA / MBA / PGDM (Finance).
– 15+ years of experience in Commercial Vehicle/Construction Equipment loan credit.
– Strong expertise in credit underwriting, financial analysis, risk management, portfolio monitoring, and team leadership.
