Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
·        Performing financial spreading in Excel Spreadsheet of private companies across multiple industries in an accurate and timely manner.
·        Expert competency in financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, income statement, notes to accounts), in-depth understanding of the structure & flow of elements of financial statements of different industry verticals prepared under various GAAPs.
·        An ability to analyse the financial statements and detect anomalies in data and reports.
·        Ability to interpret the financial statements, using various financial & business ratios.
·        Valuation support through trading and transaction comparable.
 ·        Preparing pitch books, investment memorandum and investment teasers for sale and fundraising transactions.
 ·        Preparing periodic industry trackers and white papers covering M&A transactions, fundraising mandates, valuation movements and recent trends and developments.
 ·        Maintaining client relationships through effective verbal and written communication in English.
·        Meet project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure high client satisfaction.
 ·        Conducting quality control check of the outgoing reports of other team members.
 ·        Other activities include structuring deliverables / teams and developing new capabilities / new research products.
Desired Candidate Profile
·        1+ years of financial spreading experience
·        Must have familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS
·        Strong Fluency with Excel formulas and functions
·        Strong analytical and data gathering skills
·        Good business acumen
