Responsibilities

The position shall be responsible for leading Travel & Lifestyle Services Payments Operations Management including but not limited to Process Improvement Initiatives, Service Level Measurement, Systems Integration, Automation & other business partner Initiatives.
The incumbent will be required to own the TLS payments Operations and provide mentorship, support and process expertise from time to time.
Incumbent is responsible for completing stipulated task within pre-defined timelines, speed and quality.
Experience in stabilizing new transitions & bring together broken processes.
Customer Interaction: Intensive Customer interaction with Senior leaders & TLS Partners on case to case basis.
Problem Solving required in the Job: Problems or Situations faced have generally known /standard approach to solution.
Should have extensive knowledge of Travel business operations, systems & accounting.
Functional Knowledge: Financial accounting, Travel knowledge, GDS and computer knowledge. Should work as subject matter expert and point of contact for escalations and senior management queries.
High Risk Impact: Manages varied type of transactions.
Other Important Factors: Candidate will be required to payments for on Air and Land transactions and ensure SLA adherence.
Candidate should be result oriented and should be able to resolve queries from market.
Should be a self -starter & quick learner with ability to multi-task.
The incumbent shall ensure compliance with SLA and other internal guideline, policies related to the business area they will be part of.
Should be able to maintain excellent quality along with high efficiency.
The candidate would be required to understand and consistently exceed customer’s expectations whilst always ensuring effective partnership.
Should have an eye for detail with high focus on quality and controls.
He/ She shall ensure that all deadlines are continually met, and adequate controls are maintained over the processes.
He/ She shall be required, among other things, to maintain close contact with customer / business partners, Technologies and other interface groups including co-ordination with related business groups on a need- basis.
Past Experience
Graduation/post-graduation in accounting with minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in handling Travel related Strategic Projects & over 6-7 years at Leadership position.
Functional Skills
Excellent analytical skills & Eye for detail.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of management.
Customer interface with experience and ability to proactively anticipate customer needs and identify their specific requirements.
Knowledge of Platforms
Knowledge of Travel business and Tools like Sabre, Central Command, BSP/ARC will be an added advantage.
Shift Timing -11:30 AM -7:30 PM,person should be flexible as per the business requirement.
