Role Description
Closure of Costing & Commercial activities
Documenting processes on a regular basis
Reports preparation and timely circulation
Handling IT Project
Primary Responsibilities
Finalize costing of finished products by validating input material prices
Updating final costing rates in system as and when required
Preparing Agreements and Addendums for FG vendor
Monitoring payment performance of vendors
Communicating any commercial and taxation related changes to vendors and ensure implementationMaintain Purchase order hygiene by pruning Purchase orders on monthly / quarterly basisOn time reconciliation closures with vendorsGST related Reconciliations of InvoicesExecution of costing and commercial activities related to new products introduction and new vendor introductions (vendor code creation, getting relevant legal documents from vendor, costing of new products, check master data defn, preparing agreement and addendums)Provide quarter end and year end provisions to accounts teamCoordinate with taxation team for any tax related changes and implement the same across vendorsPreparing reports and ensure timely circulationIT Projects – identify areas for IT enablement and drive the same with IT. Will involve detailing the requirements and share it with IT to take it furtherEnsure updation of process documents on regular basis
