JOB DETAILS – Please refer the below synopsis about the role before applying for the same :
Ā· Managing end to end Payroll processing activities
Ā· Client Management, Payroll Compliance, Labour Law acts
Ā· Oversee salary changes, compensations, deductions, bonus, variable Payouts and benefits to employees.
Ā· Taking care of statutory deductions precisely (Income Tax, PF, ESI, PT, LWF) and remittances of all statutory liabilities in time.
Education Qualifications – Graduation in Commerce or equivalent masterās degree would be added advantage.
Work Experience ā 1 year to 7 yearsā experience in Outsourcing Payroll processing is a must.
