Investment Banking Role – IT/ ITES -Mumbai – Assistant Manager to Director level
Skillset:
– Strong transaction execution experience
– Demonstrated business development and origination abilities
– Deep experience in IT Services (preferred)
– Deep expertise in financial modelling & valuation and accounting concepts
– Expertise in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Capital IQ, VCC edge, Factset, Bloomberg
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Experience of mentoring and managing junior team members
– Ability to work in an unstructured environment and manage multiple projects
Details:
– Lead day to day execution of the transaction
– Assist in the planning and marketing of the client mandates
– Prepare confidential information memorandum, financial models, management presentations and presentations related to execution of the transactions
– Developing, analyzing, and explaining historical and projected financial information
– Valuation of businesses and companies
– Prepare and assist in the preparation of marketing pitches and presentations for business development
– Build relationship and maintain direct contact with current clients, prospective clients and professional advisors
– Mentorship and training of junior team members
– Perform other administrative management duties as required by the firm
