Sr. Advisor-FPNA (2-4 years)
Looking for a Postgraduate with experience of 2+ years Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis
Location: Mumbai

Key responsibilities:
1. Responsibility for managing International Accounts and liaison with respective country CFOs / Accountants to ensure a smooth Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly closing.
2. Monthly reporting on Accounts, Budgets, Forecasting, Expense Analysis, Intercompany Reconciliations
3. Ensuring that all International countries and submit various MIS reports, Cash Flows, CFO Certificates and present the reports to UK counterparts.
4. Supporting the team in day to day management of accounts.
5. Reviewing the objectives with the team to understand the strategies and challenge areas in meeting them
6. Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Requirements:
1. Excellent stakeholder management skills and proven interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels whilst working under pressure.
2. Understanding of the role of Finance within a large multinational organisation.
3. Good financial background with a good understanding of all aspects of finance.
4. Good understanding of financial systems e.g. Oracle, etc.
5. Ability to handle multiple projects in a changing environment
