Job Description:
– Own end-to-end R2R: GL, month/quarter/year-end close, reconciliations, intercompany, fixed assets, accruals, and reporting.
– Lead and develop a team of 20+ (managers, team leads, analysts) with targets, SLAs, and succession.
– Strengthen internal controls, audit readiness, and SOX/statutory compliance.
– Identify and deliver automation (RPA, workflow, reconciliation tools, ERP enhancements).
– Partner with Controllership, FP&A, Tax, and business stakeholders.
– Drive KPIs: close timelines, accuracy, cost per transaction, and attrition.
