URGENT HIRING – ACCOUNTS HEAD – AHMEDABAD
Position: Accounts Head
Location: Ahmedabad – On-site
Experience: 5+ Years Post-Qualification
Qualification: CA + CMA/ICWA – Both Mandatory
Industry: Manufacturing – Mandatory
Employment: Permanent – Full-time
Salary: 25 – 30 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounts operations.
– Manage BOM costing, standard costing, actual costing & cost variance analysis.
– Handle inventory valuation, stock reconciliation & physical verification.
– Prepare MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet, AOP, budgeting & financial reports.
– Manage cash flow, working capital & financial planning.
– Handle statutory/internal audits and GST, TDS, Income Tax & ROC compliance.
– Drive budget vs. actual analysis and FP&A dashboards.
– Manage e-commerce/D2C finance, marketplace & payment reconciliations.
– Lead and manage the Finance/Accounts team.
Required Skills:
– Manufacturing Finance, Costing, BOM Costing, Inventory Management, MIS, Budgeting, FP&A, Financial Reporting, Audit, Tax Compliance, ERP/Tally, Advanced Excel
Preferred: E-commerce/D2C finance experience, Big 4 exposure.
