Job Description:
1. E-commerce & Marketplace Reconciliation:
– Reconcile payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal) and bank deposits.
– Audit Amazon/Flipkart settlements, commissions and deductions.
– Manage COD collections and courier reconciliations.
– Reconcile data across Shopify, ERP and bank transactions.
2. Returns, Refunds & Disputes:
– Verify refunds, processing fees and return records.
– Handle chargeback disputes and minimize fraud losses.
– Reconcile inventory adjustments and reverse logistics returns.
3. Cash Flow & Financial Control:
– Monitor DSO and collection dashboards.
– Implement financial control SOPs for POS operations.
– Manage corporate gifting and wholesale client accounts, wherever applicable.
4. Compliance, Taxation & Reporting:
– Ensure accurate revenue recognition across discounts, promotions and gift cards.
– Ensure GST and multi-state tax compliance.
– Support month-end closing and statutory/internal audits.
5. Team Leadership & Automation:
– Lead and mentor junior AR analysts and billing coordinators.
– Automate manual data extraction and reconciliation processes.
Candidate Requirements:
Education & Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
– 6 – 7+ years of AR/revenue tracking experience in E-commerce, D2C, Retail or FMCG.
– 1 – 2 years of team supervision experience.
