Profile:
Banking & Liquidity Management:
– Bank Management: Negotiate interest rates, banking charges, credit limits, and other commercial terms with banks.
– Interest Calculation & accounting Plantwise.
Working Capital & Debt Service:
– Working Capital Management: Monitor receivables, payables, inventory, and overall working capital cycle.
– Drawing Power (DP) Calculation and submission to bank.
Payable Management & Payment Processing:
– Payable Management.
– Advance Controlling.
– Payment Processing.
Audit & Compliance:
– ASM Audit: Coordinate and provide evidence for Accountant Monitoring Mechanism (ASM) audits initiated by lenders.
– Other Audits: Lead data preparation and resolution for statutory, internal, and other audits.
MIS & Reporting:
– Prepare treasury MIS, daily/weekly cash position, borrowing position, fund utilization, and cash flow reports for management.
