Key Responsibilities:
– Financial modelling, cash-flow analysis & asset-level performance tracking
– Business plans, budgets & quarterly portfolio reporting
– NOI, IRR, Equity Multiple & variance analysis
– Investor dashboards & reporting packs
– Valuation coordination & asset-level analysis
– Leasing, re-tenanting & competitive benchmarking
– Investment Committee presentations & strategic projects
– Exposure to refinancing, dispositions & JV opportunities
Ideal Candidate:
– 2 – 5 years in Real Estate Investment – Asset Management – Investment Banking
– Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
– Commercial real estate exposure preferred
– Strong analytical & communication skills
– High attention to detail and ownership mindset
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
