Assistant Manager – D&C Finance – 6+ years – Mohali
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – D&C Finance to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and preferably experience in property accounting.

Responsibilities:
– Manage general accounting and Record-to-Report (RTR) activities, including general ledger maintenance and month-end journal entries.
– Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
– Manage accounts receivable activities, invoice processing, payment collections, receipt posting, and cash reconciliations.
– Ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
– Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, support team development, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– 6+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
– Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
– Proficiency in accounting software such as Yardi or RealPage, along with MS Office.
– Property accounting experience and team management experience will be preferred.
