Assistant Manager – Project Costing & Control – Auto Ancillary – CA

Required Qualifications and experience:

Industry – Automobile / Auto Ancillary

– Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5 years plus experience

– Salary range: INR 15 – 18 lakhs p.a.

Role Summary:

– Project Controlling – Monitor project costs, revenues, margins, and cash flows, Track actuals versus budget and analyze variances, Ensure correct allocation of project costs and revenues, Manage project structures including WBS elements, internal orders, and cost centers, ensuring timely hourly booking of various project personnels

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead monthly financial closing activities in SAP (S4 HANA), including reconciliations, provisions, and reporting.

– Project Controlling – Monitor project costs, revenues, margins, and cash flows, Track actuals versus budget and analyze variances, Ensure correct allocation of project costs and revenues, Manage project structures including WBS elements, internal orders, and cost centers, ensuring timely hourly booking of various project personnels

– Prepare and submit monthly IFRS packages and Local MIS reports.

– Budget planning and forecasting activities.

– Conduct variance analysis of actual financial results against budget and forecasts

– Maintain the Fixed Asset Register (FAR), including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals.

– Monitor General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Asset accounting.

– Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules for Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing Audit, Internal Audit, IFC Audit, and IFRS Audit.

– Ensure timely closure of audit observations and compliance requirements.

– Manage banking operations, cash flow monitoring, and fund management.
