Key Responsibilities:
– Financial Accounting: Review revenue, lease, inventory, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations.
– Manufacturing Accounting: Handle actual costing, production order accounting, cost allocations, PPV, variance analysis, and project costing.
– Cash & Intercompany: Review bank reconciliations, monitor cash positions, manage intercompany recharges, and resolve disputes.
– Fixed Assets: Oversee Capex, asset capitalization, transfers, disposals, impairment, and AUC accounting.
– Month-End Close & Reporting: Manage period close, consolidation adjustments, accounting estimates, and statutory reconciliations.
– Tax & Compliance: Support local tax reporting, IFRS/Local GAAP compliance, statutory reporting, and audits.
– Process Improvement: Strengthen internal controls, standardize processes, and drive automation and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience:
– Mandatory: Prior experience in the manufacturing industry, with hands-on manufacturing accounting.
– Strong end-to-end RTR knowledge, including financial accounting, month-end close, and reconciliations.
– Experience in shared services / GCC environments and multi-country finance operations.
– Strong knowledge of IFRS, Local GAAP, intercompany, inventory, fixed assets, and tax.
– Hands-on experience with SAP (FI/CO, MM, AA), Oracle/JD Edwards, BlackLine, or reconciliation tools.
– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
