Associate Director – Structured Finance – CMBS/RMBS – Team Handling 15+ Years – Pune

We are hiring a seasoned Structured Finance professional for a senior opportunity with a leading financial services organization. The role offers exposure to complex structured credit transactions, securitisation and credit risk analysis.
Responsibilities:
– Lead structured finance and structured credit assignments.
– Analyse securitisation transactions, transaction structures and cash-flow waterfalls.
– Evaluate credit risk, collateral performance, covenants and structural protections.
– Review financial models, assumptions and stress-testing scenarios.
– Drive analytical quality and provide guidance to team members.
– Partner with senior stakeholders across credit, risk and analytics.
Requirements:
– 15+ years of experience in Structured Finance, Structured Credit, Securitisation, Credit Research or Capital Markets.
– Strong understanding of structured credit products and transaction analysis.
– Strong financial modelling and cash-flow analysis skills.
– Experience in ABS/MBS/structured debt/securitised products will be preferred.
– Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
– Candidates based in or willing to work from Pune.
– Should have prior experience in managing and leading teams of 30+ professionals.
