Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-caliber Corporate Development Manager to support strategic initiatives including capital raising, financial analysis, and investor engagement.
The role requires strong financial modeling skills, sharp storytelling ability, and experience delivering senior-stakeholder-ready outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
– Support capital raising and corporate strategy initiatives.
– Build and maintain financial models, valuations, and scenario analyses.
– Create high-quality pitchbooks and investor presentations for different audiences.
– Design and deliver client-ready analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
– Develop clear, compelling business narratives backed by data.
– Work cross-functionally with leadership and external advisors.
Qualifications & Experience:
– 5+ years of experience in top consulting firms or investment banking.
– Strong expertise in financial modeling, analytics, and data-driven decision making.
– Very high proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
– Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
