Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Branch Head to lead branch operations, drive business growth, manage customer relationships, and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

– Drive branch business growth through customer acquisition, revenue generation, and portfolio expansion.

– Manage and develop strong relationships with HNI, affluent, and wealth management clients.

– Lead, motivate, and guide the branch team to achieve business targets.

– Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across banking and wealth management products.

– Ensure excellent customer service and a superior banking experience.

– Monitor branch performance, productivity, and key business metrics.

– Ensure compliance with banking policies, RBI regulations, and internal controls.

– Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Candidate Requirements:

– 10 – 12 years of experience in banking, preferably in branch banking and wealth management.

– Strong leadership and team management skills.

– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management abilities.

– Professional, presentable, and customer-focused personality.

– Strong business development and target achievement orientation.
