Position : Business Controller, Pirangut
Designation : (Designation will depend on the Interview and internal organization fitment ONLY)

Location : Pirangut, Pune
Education and Experience:
University degree in economics / finance / accounting / commerce / management.
Qualified Cost Accountant / Management Accountant (CIMA) / Chartered Accountant (ICAI)
Minimum work experience: 5-10 years.
JOB Description
Position Summary:
The person will oversee the business and financial operations of the local entity and shares responsibility for the organization’s economic and financial performance. He / she performs financial analysis, develops financial planning processes and designs and implements overall business plans.
He works as partners with the financial department, the SPL, as well as other local functions.
Main Responsibilities:
Timely and accurate reporting of Budget/Forecast/Actuals for BIN. This will encompass: –
Coordinate with all stakeholder for Budget/Forecast preparations
Reporting to stakeholders within BIN as well as outside BIN on pre-determined frequencies.
Providing timely and satisfactory responses to queries received on such reported data.
Reporting on any ad-hoc requests received.
Provide analytical support to the Local management for operational as well as strategic decision making. This will include activities as follows (but not restricted to): –
Analysis of Monthly Management P&L, Cost control, KPI etc to identify areas of further improvement.
Analysis of variance with Budget/Forecast
