Are you a finance professional with strong experience in Business Finance, FP&A, financial planning, revenue governance, margin management, and working capital? We are looking for a Business Finance Manager to partner with cross-functional and global teams, drive financial performance, and support strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities:
– Lead cross-functional and global teams in developing finance strategies aligned with business objectives.
– Partner with business and corporate teams to support company goals and strategic initiatives.
– Co-own the financial plan of the portfolio along with the portfolio/business lead.
– Drive revenue governance, including contracting, forecasting, and revenue recognition.
– Manage margin governance, including cost optimization and sustainable cost reduction initiatives.
– Drive working capital governance, including unbilled revenue reduction, timely invoicing and collections, debt ageing, and PDD management.
– Prepare and manage MIS and financial analytics for the business unit, including cost pyramid analysis and revenue leakage against order book.
– Ensure accurate and timely month-end and quarter-end financial closures.
– Analyze financial risks, business impacts, and opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
– Partner with senior stakeholders to connect finance and business strategies and improve business outcomes.
– Develop strong business finance partnerships across functions and geographies.
– Support senior leadership with financial insights for strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
– 7 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or related finance roles.
– CA preferred.
– Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance management.
– Experience in revenue, margin, and working capital governance.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
– Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
– Strong influencing skills with the ability to work with senior leadership.
– Proactive can-do attitude with a strong learning mindset.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
