Role Overview:
A Business Head – Personal Loan is a senior leadership role responsible for the end-to-end P&L (Profit and Loss), growth, digital acquisition, partnerships, and portfolio quality of a personal loans division.
Core Responsibilities:
– P&L Ownership: Drive top-line disbursement targets, bottom-line profitability, cost control, and revenue growth for the personal loan business.
– Strategy & Product Design: Formulate go-to-market strategies, define target customer segments, and design competitive personal loan or cross-sell loan products.
– Partner & Corporate Alliances: Build and manage tie-ups with large corporate clients, digital ecosystems, or channel partners to source employee and retail loan books.
