Cluster Head
We are hiring an experienced Cluster Head to oversee multiple branches/locations and drive operational excellence and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage cluster-level operations and business performance
– Lead and mentor 30+ team members
– Drive 30+ Cr business volumes
– Achieve monthly revenue targets of 7-8 Lakhs
– Ensure operational compliance and business profitability
– Develop business expansion and customer acquisition strategies
– Manage stakeholder relationships with Banks & NBFCs
– Drive process efficiency and team productivity
Preferred Candidate Profile:
– Strong operational and business leadership experience
– Ability to manage multiple locations and large teams
– Excellent stakeholder and revenue management skills
