Location Head
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Location Head to manage complete branch operations, team performance, revenue generation, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage end-to-end branch/location operations
– Lead and manage a team of 25+ members
– Drive minimum business volumes of 25+ Cr
– Achieve monthly revenue targets of 7 Lakhs+
– Ensure smooth coordination between sales, credit, operations, and collections teams
– Build strong relationships with Banks, NBFCs, channel partners, and customers
– Monitor operational efficiency, compliance, and portfolio quality
– Drive team productivity and performance management
Preferred Candidate Profile:
– Strong experience in Banking/NBFC/Lending industry
– Proven experience in branch operations and team management
– Strong leadership, business development, and operational management skills
