About the Role:
The CA will oversee entire gamut of Accounts & Finance including Costing & Taxation, MIS preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Budgeting & forecasting:
– Managing budgeting and forecasting processes by collaboration with cross functional team.
– Comparison of Actual performance vs Budgeted performance and identifying areas of improvement.
2. Financial Statements:
– Scrutiny of all GLs.
– Ensuring all bills are correctly accounted for.
– Monitoring cost structures and supporting financial planning for manufacturing and operations.
3. Statutory and tax compliance:
– Ensuring all tax returns are correctly and timely filed.
– Leading all types of audit including Tax audit, Statutory audit or any other departmental audit.
4. MIS:
– Ensuring all daily MISs are prepared in timely manner.
– Preparation of monthly MIS with reconciliation of consumption report.
– Ensuring MIS and financials are properly reconciled.
Candidate Profile:
– Chartered Accountant with experience of 4-6 years.
– Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
– Strong knowledge of IND AS and relevant regulatory requirements.
– Proficiency in taxation and compliance including direct and indirect tax, statutory filings and adherence to internal control frameworks.
– Comfort with ERP and Excel.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
