Job Profile:

– Lead the overall finance and accounting function of the company.

– Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management.

– Ensure timely preparation of MIS, financial statements and management reports.

– Drive cost control and improve financial efficiency.

– Manage taxation, audits, statutory compliance and regulatory requirements.

– Oversee working capital, receivables, payables and banking relationships.

– Provide financial insights and support management in business decision-making.

– Establish strong financial controls, processes and reporting systems.

– Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants and other external stakeholders.

– Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
